Every item you buy is especially made for you. Therefore we do not offer free returns, except the item bought has a defect.

Please keep in mind that because each product is custom-made for you, avoid ordering multiple sizes just to try on, as we cannot reuse returned items. Consider this carefully when placing your order.

You have the possibility to cancel the buying contract within 14 days of receiving your order.

Here's how cancelling the contract works:

• Please send us an email at info@hardergeneration.de

• Let us know why you want to return the item (e.g., defect or bad print) and please include a photo clearly showing the issue if the return is due to a mistake on our part.

• Provide your name, order number, and the item you wish to return.

• We will get back to you within 24 hours on business days with further instructions.

• Return costs will only be covered in cases of defects.
